discovery call
From the moment we receive your inquiry, we will schedule a call with you so we can start getting to know each other and find out how we can provide the answer to your design needs.
CONTRACT PROPOSAL PRESENTATION
After the Discovery Call, we will schedule a contract proposal presentation wherein you will have a preview of the value we can provide for you once we start working together.
PRE-DESIGN PHASE
We take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle, your preferences, your requirements, and how you’d like to live your life inside your dream home so that we can incorporate it in the design.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE
We will come up with a floor plan layout incorporating everything we discussed, as well as sun and wind studies to ensure optimal positioning of the rooms. This part of the design phase becomes highly collaborative, so you can make comments on the design until we find the perfect layout and facade for you.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE
After the schematic design is finalized, we will further detail the design ready for building permit application.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PHASE
We will issue detailed construction drawings in order to ensure that what is designed on paper will be translated into reality.
