That is the core value that Ar. Bianca brings in every project. Carefully thought out spaces that reflect the personalities of its occupants while integrating to the space around it.

Trained in UST’s College of Architecture, and a board topnotcher, Ar. Bianca is the Principal Architect of GARPE Architecture.

PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

The structural engineer provides the framework to an architect’s vision. A vital player in the design process, the engineer ensures that the design is safe to withstand everyday usage and minimize the effect of natural disasters such as earthquakes and storms.

Thus, GARPE Architecture utilizes this unique dynamic of having an architect and engineer duo.

A product of UST’s Faculty of Engineering where she graduated cum laude, Engr. Nina is the Principal Engineer of GARPE Architecture.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, her goal is to showcase and present how each design is unique but exhibits the core values of GARPE Architecture: Thoughtful, Present, and Personal.
